The first FAST picking system solution was realized successfully for the Migros Cooperative Zurich, handling the fruit and vegetable assortment in a fully-automatic process. Now the company has now opted for another KNAPP logistics system for picking the fresh cold-storage products. The solution features fully-automatic depalletizing, a fast, 12 rack line OSR Shuttle™ storage system including fully-automatic palletizing based on the KiSoft Packmaster. The new FAST picking system is designed for 90,000 containers per day in the 2°C temperature area.
