Under the management of KNAPP Customer Service, the web platform e-insight was brought to life in 2011: a customer information portal for service information and topics for your logistics system. The platform has been available in its updated its look and feel since April – with the first areas as iOS and Android apps. “The new user interface as well as the native apps underline the changes made in e-insight as it becomes a more intuitive and transparent service portal,” enthused Michael Höbling, Head of IT Service Delivery of the KNAPP group, and contact person for e-insight, and then added, “We are excited about the feedback from our customers.”
