“Rise to New Dimensions”: KNAPP at LogiMAT 2025

News: Published on in Technology

In economically challenging times, stability and innovation are twin pillars that are key for corporate success. The logistics sector is currently faced with rising operating costs, a prolonged skilled labor shortage and the unceasing pressure to find sustainable and efficient solutions. At the same time, technological breakthroughs, artificial intelligence and higher levels of automation are taking the efficiency of internal logistics processes to never-before-seen levels. At stand B01/B03 in Hall 3 and at stand C71 in Hall 8, KNAPP will show how companies can not only master the current challenges facing their industry, but also boost their success in every dimension of their business in line with the motto “Rise to new dimensions”. The company will present innovations from their wide tech portfolio at LogiMAT 2025, ranging from the latest in robotics to new software solutions with AI, and show how intelligent technologies can make logistics sustainable.

Automatic storage for all dimensions: KNAPP presents innovation in robotic storage

Automatic storage systems are central to logistics processes. They store goods economically and space-effectively and provide a transparent, real-time overview of the inventory while being able to access all stored items, ensuring that companies are able to deliver at any time, can react flexibly to changing order structures and meet their customers’ expectations regarding delivery times and service. As a strong tech partner, KNAPP strives to offer the widest portfolio of automatic storage systems so they always have the right solution on hand for all their customers’ logistical needs. At LogiMAT 2025, the company will present a wide range of innovations for automatic pallet handling and new developments in shuttle technology that take storage density, retrieval of perfectly sequenced goods straight from the rack and optimization of storage space to new heights. To round out these cutting-edge developments in automatic storage systems, KNAPP will also be presenting the latest generation of storage bots. What makes this new system unique is its flexibility and simplicity. LogiMAT visitors can experience a sensational live exhibit and discover every dimension of KNAPP’s tech portfolio at KNAPP’s trade fair stand.

Intelligent AMRs for flexible internal transport of goods

The Open Shuttles by KNAPP seamlessly connect goods-in and goods-out with the storage system while offering maximum flexibility and providing an innovative alternative or complement to classic conveyors. The autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) connect the storage area with decentralized work stations, production lines and other areas of the warehouse. They are versatile, scalable and can be expanded flexibly as requirements change and develop. Routine processes can be taken over quickly and easily by AMRs, which are also easy to adapt to new processes and operate 24/7. This maximizes operating time and overall productivity. In addition, they offer significant benefits in a dynamic work environment with repetitive and physically demanding tasks. At stand C71, KNAPP will demonstrate the different types and different applications of AMRs and show how they work together with other warehouse robots to take internal logistics processes to new dimensions.

End-to-end software solutions along the value chain

Interested in software up close? LogiMAT visitors are invited to stop by KNAPP’s stand to experience just that. Intelligent software is a key part of every automation solution because it makes complex logistical processes visible and controllable. KNAPP will present their comprehensive software solutions from the KiSoft suiteand SAP® by KNAPP, which cover all levels of the value chain. The solutions optimize areas ranging from the entire value chain to the machine control level. Some are controlled independently and some integrated seamlessly into the entire system. System maintenance and planning tools will also be featured.

Also awaiting visitors are exciting new features in last-mile logistics and warehouse execution systems (WES), new uses for AI and information on how KNAPP’s end-to-end software significantly increases efficiency along the value chain.
