During the International Customer Service meeting (ICS) at the KNAPP AG headquarters in Hart bei Graz, the Greek company LASS, with its headquarters in Athens, was honoured with the Representative of the Year 2014 Award. Besides its core competencies in logistics consulting and in technical system optimization, LASS is also an expert regarding airport logistics. As partner of KNAPP AG, LASS takes over sales and servicing tasks in Greece. For KNAPP, LASS operates all around the world in the Customer Service sector. For this award, the performance of all service partners was evaluated regarding the rendered range of services in the categories customer service, process know-how, further development and finances.
